Liar Liar Pants on Fire

Liar liar pants on fire, how many of us can remember this schoolyard rhyme from school days past? Even today, some still use this rhyme. William Blake wrote it in a poem in 1810 titled “The Liar.” But in old England where William Blake lived, the word pants meant underwear, not what Americans call pants. Ouch, think if this happened every time one lied and your underwear caught on fire. How many liars would be left? But we all know this is simply a children’s rhyme with no consequences. We are all free to lie, cheat, and steal.
From the day of our birth to the day of our death, we are presented with lies. Family, friends, governments, and religions lie to us. We are lied to daily. Each day when our children or grandchildren go to school, they are presented with lies. Lying is taught to be normal and to be expected.
Napoleon once said, “History is a set of lies agreed upon.”
Aristotle stated in “Poetics,” “A fake story is charming, amusing and relaxing. The truth, on the other hand, is upsetting.”
We all know what it is like to be upset, so why not sit back and enjoy the charming, amusing, and relaxing lies?
Dresden James stated, “A truth’s initial commotion is directly proportional to how deeply the lie was believed. It wasn’t the world being round that agitated people, but that the world wasn’t flat. When a well-packaged web of lies has been sold gradually to the masses over generations, the truth will seem utterly preposterous and its speaker a raving lunatic.”
We live in a world where lies are accepted as truth, and the truth is accepted as a lie. How perfect is this consciousness when the intent is to keep humanity enslaved in their ignorance.
Picture this scenario, a group of people is visiting together, and one person is doing most of the talking. Virtually every word this person says is a lie, mixed with a little bit of truth. As this person goes from person to person, he tells each how beautiful and or handsome they are, how incredibly intelligent they are. The people are being lied to, but flattered. You go up to this person and tell them you are a liar. You are deceiving these people. How long would it take for the other people who have been lied to come to the liar’s defense? Perhaps even kicking out the person who called the liar a liar. The liar will then continue their lies, maybe even telling the others this person who called them out is a raving lunatic. Please stay away from this person. He/she will poison your mind.
Why do ones want to believe a lie? Could it be because they lie to themselves? Perhaps it is easier to live with yourself and your self-imposed lies if you believe the lies of others?
The greatest lie of all is the lie you believe about yourself.
How many children in our school system are told that you are stupid, fat, or ugly? How many times is this stated before you begin to believe it? How many of these people, now adults, think they’re stupid, fat, or ugly? Have you accepted the lies about yourself? Do you currently accept the lies more easily from others? If you were one of those name-callers, and now you are an adult, do you pass this energy of judgment to your children, grandchildren? Do you walk around judging in your mind others you consider stupid, fat, or ugly?
Are you a recipient of the great lie, keeping it alive and well to pass on from generation to generation?
I was recently told about a psychic, whom I have never met, teaching others about death. When you die, she teaches you immediately become enlightened, all your pain, sorrow, fears, fits of anger, or whatever else you may carry about life is stripped from you, and you enjoy the bliss of life. Should it not be apparent to anyone who has communicated with tormented souls who have died, this is not true. This lie is a deeply ingrained religious teaching passed on under the guise of Old and New Age. How many suicidal people take this misinformation and end their life, believing what was taught? They question why live in this pain when all I have to do is kill myself and live in paradise. Unfortunately, many hold onto this belief from the past without searching where this indoctrination originated. The creation of karma is never excused by ignorance.
Some of the most significant lies ever told.
Human civilization has only existed for 6,000 years?
Humanoids have only existed for 200,000 years?
There is no elite class that controls the world?
Christopher Columbus discovered the New World?
Radical Muslims perpetrated the attacks on 9/11?
WW I and II were about preserving freedom for humanity?
UFO’s are a hoax?
Adolf Hitler and the German government acted alone in exterminating 24 plus million Jews, Gypsies, gays, selected Christians, Poles, Slavs, communists, socialists, and those with physical and or mental disabilities?
The Bible is the definitive written word of God?
The list could go on and on, but in my opinion, one of the most significant lies ever told and believed is the teaching of escapism. It encourages people to put their power into someone or something to save them and make them happy. How does this interfere with one taking full responsibility for their life and their creation? When you look to another to save you, your joy becomes dependent on the choices of another. You have given away your power, which inhibits you from creating the joyful life you deserve. How many people are willing to give up their free will choice, their joy, for security? Does 9/11 ring a bell? Escaping into the illusion of security is not wise.
Socrates once said, “The unexamined life is not worth living.”
The path to profound joy is to examine your life to harmonize your life, but most importantly, the way to profound joy is taking complete responsibility for your power to create the life you deserve. This means taking responsibility for your happiness, never give another responsibility for your life. Never look for profound joy outside of yourself. If you do, you become dependent on another for the quality of life you seek. This path will only be temporary and end in pain.
Stop looking for a savior and create the life you were
meant to live now.
Not only do some seek out a savior, but they also seek out the Old Age counterpart, someone to be a punisher, a punisher either for themself or others. How often does one become angry with another, wanting that person to be punished? They may not want to do the punishing themself, but rather seek out one who will punish the other for them. This is undoubtedly a sign of one with self-punishment issues.
Stop lying to yourself, and you will come to see the lies of others.
We live in a world where many humans have devolved into animalist predators. In nature, predators are needed; they keep a balance in nature. But a human who is a predator has taken on the animalist nature, thus creating cross-contamination. A human predator will stock their prey; they will search out an easy target to satisfy their lust, greed, and desire to control. Be cautious of humans who have become predators. A predator has mastered deception. They can give the illusion of being very concerned for your welfare, but at the same time plotting their course of action. These predators can come in many forms; they can disguise themselves as men or women of God, healers, psychics, business people, bankers, politicians, and some even pretending to be a victim. These predators have one thing in common, they want what you have, and usually, the common denominator is money and or sex. If you lie to yourself, you are more susceptible to believing the lies of predators. As a result, you will most likely give them what they want, your power. Be conscious of any person who wants your money and trust they have not earned. That is usually the sign of a human predator.
If you are a predator and want to heal, the first energy level to transform is envy and jealousy. Envy and jealousy are some of the most toxic energies in this plane of existence and have caused the demise of many beautiful relationships.
The primary key to happiness is to harmonize yourself with your soul by seeing yourself as a beautiful, intelligent, and loving being of which you indeed are. Clear out the old web of lies that keeps one bonded to old consciousness, old beliefs. In doing this, no one can deceive you with their lies. Peace is never out there; salvation is never out there. It can only be experienced in one place, your own heart.
