For The Love Of God

Many years ago, when I had amnesia from a near-death experience, I walked around thinking to myself what a strange place with strange customs and phrases. I remember one day being in the checkout line at the local Fred Meyer store. In front of me was a grandfather with his grandson, about the age of three. He was sitting in the shopping basket playing with a large bag of M&Ms. He was able to open the bag, the result being all the M&M’s falling to the floor surrounding everyone’s feet. The grandfather replied, “For the love of God, look at what you have done?

“The young boy replied, “All gone.”

When I would hear comments or phrases as such, I would take it literally. My thought at the time, what does the love of God have to do with this mess?

A few years later, when I was with my Chinese teacher, learning lessons on human consciousness, he stated, “Human consciousness can only thrive when they understand, live, and create all in their life for the love of God.”

He noticed I was smiling as I remembered the incident at the Fred Meyer store. He replied, “This world is filled with statements of truth which are not understood or lived. When the truth is not understood, it is not lived; therefore, one’s reality is but an illusion.”

Look at the English word love. What is the English word’s value that can have so many different definitions using a singular word? If one were to go to ancient Greece, one would find different words for love. It depended upon its use, how the word was applied. Below are four words used for love in Greek, the first being Agápe, the second Éros, third Philia, and the fourth Storge. My teacher would refer to Agápe, unconditional love, a deep understanding of true love, or, as he would say, the love of origin expressed through the higher mind. Agápe could also be used, meaning a strong understanding of true love, a love not seeking something in return, just the spirit of love with robust and powerful bonding. Then we have Éros, which can be a passionate love with sensual desire. Éros does not have to be sexual. Perhaps this is why Plato refined the definition of this word based on what Socrates had taught him. Plato taught that physical attraction does not need to be present for this love to exist. Thus, the word Platonic, which means love, without physical, sexual attraction. The most complex and distinguished work on this subject can be found in Plato’s Symposium, about a discussion among Socrates’ students.

Then we have Philia, meaning loyalty to family and friends, or a sense of protective affection. Aristotle would often use this term. And the fourth Storge, meaning affection, or natural affection such as a parent to their child, or an animal to its offspring. It also means patience, but it seems this part has been lost.

One can see how limited the English word love is in terms of expressing something deep and profound. So what does the statement mean, “Human consciousness can only thrive when they understand, live, and create all in their life for the love (Agápe) of God?” Searching for this answer is the primary reason I studied philosophy and the meanings of the different world religions. Why is it nearly every person who believes in some form of God will state they love God? They may not know the meaning of love; they may not know the origin of their God. Yet they will say they love God. Is there something deep within the human psyche that carries an innate need to love God? Is there an inherent fear that God will not love or reward them if they do not love God? My bookshelves became overflowing with books on world religions, philosophies, and the study of human consciousness.

Being the perfect teacher for me, my teacher would not give me direct answers until I searched every avenue on the subject I was seeking to understand. I could not get his statement out of my mind, “Human consciousness can only thrive when they understand, live, and create all in their life for the love of God.” I would ask myself, “Why would I create a home, family, automobile, food, all for the love of God?” Would I not create it for the love of family?

I spent months searching for a deeper meaning to his statement. During this search, my wife Rebecca and I were invited to dinner at a neighbor’s house. As we sat down to dinner, David, our neighbor, asked each to bow their heads while he gave a prayer thanking God for the meal. My curiosity got the best of me. Not being familiar with the customs of the people I found myself surrounded by, I asked David, “Who bought this food?”

Rebecca’s eyes grew with the expression. Do not go there. But I continued to ask anyway. “Who bought this food?”

“My wife Karen did,” replied David.

“With whose money?” I continued questioning.

“My money,” David said with a bit of irritation.

“So Karen bought this food with your money and prepared the meal. Why did you thank God for it instead of Karen? It does not appear God had anything to do with creating this meal.”

For the rest of the dinner, everyone sat in silence. It was most appealing to stand up and walk home, but I stayed till dinner was over, never receiving an answer, and never receiving an invitation to David’s home again.

To comprehend, to know something, one must put all the pieces together to see the whole picture. I find many select parts of the puzzle, but they end up with many holes in the picture. Perhaps this is when the mind begins to fill in the gaps with their inherited beliefs. To have a clear understanding of the whole human, one needs to understand the many different parts of the human. All twelve parts or called twelve bodies, not the seven that many traditions teach, but twelve. If one only looks at seven bodies, you end up with many holes in the picture. I will not go into the description of the twelve bodies in this blog, as I have taught them in my Life Energy Flow Tai Yi School of Healing classes, and Jonah has taught them in public seminars.

“Human consciousness can only thrive when they understand, live, and create all in their life for the love, bonding of (Agápe) of God?” In my studies of human consciousness, I find three of the missing critical elements: the lack of physical, emotional, and mental bonding. I am not talking about liking someone or having a paternal emotional connection with your child, but to feel, and experience the power of bonding. Through the years, my work with teenagers has shown a single common denominator, the lack of bonding with their parents or parents. “Human consciousness can only thrive when they understand, live, and create all in their life for the love, bonding of (Agápe) of God?”

The twelfth body is called the Ja ost, or God Self, that part of the human who is innately connected to that which is, or God essence, God wisdom, God love, or the intelligence that permeates throughout all universes.

I have been asked the question, “Will science ever discover God?” My answer is, how can science as we know it ever discover something they cannot see, feel, touch, or measure with equipment. How many scientists allow their ego to get in the way of discovery? How many scientists have political agendas that get in the way? Look at climate change, and the scientists who teach it does not exist, because of their political connections. How many scientists still teach GMO foods are healthy for you, that the radiation currently poisoning the entire earth will not harm you? Or the dangers of radiofrequency radiation from cell phones are safe.

Unfortunately, some scientists have their head so far up their first charka they have blinded themselves. Exact science can fully understand God when those who are searching use their ability to bond.

“Human consciousness can only thrive when they understand, live, and create all in their life for the love, bonding of (Agápe) of God?” Do you have the ability to bond, to deeply bond with someone? Do you have the ability to thoroughly bond with yourself, all parts of yourself? One question to ask, how easy is it for you to forgive others? How easy is it for you to forgive yourself? Throughout my years of research on this philosophy, I have found this is a reliable indicator of how strongly you can or are bonded to others and yourself. The harder it is for you to forgive others or yourself, it is, to the same extent, more challenging for you to bond with others or yourself.

What is it like to be fully bonded with others and all parts of yourself?

What is it like being bonded with all of your ancestors, in which your body is a receptacle, as well as all of your aspects? Does this not give a new meaning to the phrase love self? How often do we fight with our internal ancestors or our soul aspects? How often do we project our ancestors or soul aspects are out there, wherever out there resides?

Perhaps healing psychological issues would be painless and rapid. Perhaps experiencing joy would be a shared experience, not something one needs to meditate on to achieve. Possibly relationships would be an exciting daily adventure filled with joy, not something with which to struggle. Perhaps the illusionary fear of punishment from God would not exist. How would it feel to be at one with the universe, be at one with the mysteries of the universe?

Perhaps letting go of old, outdated beliefs that life is filled with pain and stress would cease to exist. Could this be what it would be like, being bonded with all parts of self, not just selective parts of self? The good, bad, and ugly remind me of an American film from years past. Some want to be discriminatory to bond with the good but try to hide or ignore what they see as bad and ugly. What would it be like to fully bond with the bad and ugly, including the bad and ugly ancestors? What would it be like to thrive, understand, live, and create all in their life for the love, bonding of (Agápe) of God? What would it be like to cease being in denial of hidden parts of yourself? How many reject God’s existence because the God they grew up with was an angry, punishing God, willing to burn his children? Talk about a lack of bonding! How many see God as some far away, distant, impersonal God? Let me change the statement. How many see the parts of self as some distant, impersonal essence, floating out in the universe? How many want to see God as a single entity who gives rules they must obey? Could it be God is a consciousness that can only be experienced through bonding with all parts of self, thus experiencing Agápe? Could it be God’s consciousness is a living, loving, personal God without form, a non-deity, and consciousness of intelligence that expands and contracts as the universe breaths? Perhaps God is a consciousness that flows throughout all matter seen and unseen. Does God need to be felt and seen to exist?

Some scientists say yes, but perhaps their difficulty is their lack of bonding, their lack of feeling, their lack of Agápe.

“Human consciousness can only thrive when they understand, live, and create all in their life, for the love of God.” My journey of discovery about this statement brought about many answers to life. Whatever you seek to create in life, understand, live, and create all for the love of God, which is the love of self, the bonding of self, all parts of self, including your internal ancestors. I have found when this occurs; your creation is a joy and becomes a living memory of your connection to God.

The Joy Of Becoming An Old Fart

The Joy of Becoming An Old Fart

by

Hossca Harrison

2020

There is an old saying that states, “Do not regret growing older. It is a privilege denied to many.” My teacher, who I call the Chinese Master, would often state, “Do not allow aging to become bewilderment, for what you do with it determines your journey you will embark upon.”

When one reaches their 50’s, they start thinking, God, I am starting to get old. When they reach their 60’s, shit, I feel old. When they reach their 70’s, what the hell happened? Aging is natural, growing older is natural; developing an old angry and stubborn consciousness is not. We are bombarded daily on the Internet, television, radio, and paper ads promoting the fountain of youth. Take this pill, lotion, class, or what have you to prevent growing old. What rubbish our minds are filled with as we approach or have achieved growing old.

The most common definition for old fart is an older adult who holds views that are considered old-fashioned. The title is The Joy of Becoming An Old Fart. How can we age gracefully and enjoy our old age or future old age? It is going to happen whether you are in your 20’s or 30’s. Do not regret growing older, or you will age into an old fart without the joy.

Can we experience joy being in positive old fashion energy? Yes, often, old fashion is of superior quality compared to today. How many are old enough to remember an actual old fashion hamburger and milkshake. Or if you are a vegetarian, how many are old enough to remember eating fruits and vegetables grown in clean soil, full of flavor and energy? How many can remember what self-respect is, respecting children and the elderly? How many can remember honoring truthfulness, whether it be this life or a past life? Indeed, I could go and on with the list. When did old fashion respect and honor go out of fashion?

There are undoubtedly many negatives in old fashion as well, but what I am addressing is reflecting upon all the old that has genuinely been valuable in our life. Allow the joys we have experienced in reaching our old age to be in our consciousness. But too often, when ones reach old age, they begin dwelling upon the pain, suffering, and depression. Could this be why somewhere along the way, we began forgetting all the positive experiences of life and now dwell on the pain and fear of growing old?

When we wake up each morning, what are our first thoughts? Is it, “Oh shit, my back is stiff, another day, here we go again”? Your first thoughts in the morning upon awakening are formulating your plan of expression and experience for the day.

When the mind becomes tired of learning, it becomes tired of living.

Love, humor, and laughter are the three most potent energies to enjoy old age. What is in your life that prevents this? I understand one may state my body does not work as it used to, so how can I see humor and experience laughter? Love is the answer, love of self, love of your body, love of what you have accomplished.

One day older is one day closer to your death. But this was true when you were ten, or twenty, or thirty. Each day you move closer to completion, do not see it as punishment or something to be feared. Allow yourself to visualize, meditate on your future, go to the day before you leave the physical, then ask yourself this question. What regrets do I have? Write down those regrets and make a commitment that each day you have left, you will put forth an effort to resolve those regrets, so when you approach the day of your departure, nothing will hold your mental or emotional energies behind.

As I said at the beginning of this article, “Do not regret growing older. It is a privilege denied to many.” Never live in regret of who you are. Perhaps you have done things in your past you are not proud of and understand you are no longer that person. Each day, year, or decade you become a different person. Don’t hold guilt and anger over something the other part of you did in the past. Allow the past to be done, allow the future to be peaceful, allow the now to be love so you can experience humor and laughter. Look how hard you worked to live to be the age you are. Is this not to be congratulated. Indeed, you did not work that hard to be a grumpy old fart or a cantankerous old broad. See the humor in these names by accepting the fact you are getting older, or you are old. Let go of the old age status of society. Societies come and go, and norms come and go. But you as a soul are eternal, you as a soul loves, you as a soul does experience humor and laughter.

The fountain of youth does not exist. Stop wasting your money on fake pills, promising the fountain of youth, and embrace your internal, eternal youth. Your body is used, but not used up. Be proud of how your body has served you throughout your life, whether your body is thin, wide, short, or tall. It always serves your purpose.

Love life, and life will love you.

Next time someone calls you an old fart or a tough old broad, wear the title with pride. Wear your old age with dignity. You deserve it.

What If?

What If?

By

Hossca Harrison

2019

What if everything you were ever taught about Earth’s human history and all of its civilizations never existed? What you are aware of is what you experienced first hand. The rest you read in books, taught by Hollywood, or were passed down from generation to generation.

What if your hopes and dreams are based on an illusion your society deems to be the truth?

Jonah has been teaching about the What If Syndrome for almost 40 years. What is it about this teaching that has an effect on our minds, subconsciousness, and emotions? What if some of the inner dreams you see and feel of ancient cultures is an experience still living inside of you? What if many dreams and visions have been shattered because you read or have been told they never existed?

What if the greatest and most beautiful mysteries of humankind were polluted and thrown into the trash bin of history by the Elite?

What if the Elite use social engineering to teach our children to ridicule stories of the ancient past as fables and told to believe they are fairytales?

What if the forbidden fruit is a lie? What if true intelligence is inadmissible in the court of public opinion, a court dominated by the Elite?

What if one’s journey through life the soul will come upon a yearning, a remembering so deep a flame cannot burn it out of existence, a yearning no human intellect can destroy?

We are in a new age of deep searching and questioning the secrets of governments and religions. What if this New Age is for the personal self to follow their inner visions they have carried, not just of this life but also inner visions from authentic ancient times? Not ancient times written in history books endorsed by the Elite, social media, or Hollywood, which are often the same, but ancient times written in your soul.

What if, in our recorded history, most life was based on ignorance? We have been told what to believe by kings, queens, dictators, and presidents. We are told what is true, who to give loyalty to, who to obey. Now we have the Internet, the most significant volume of information ever available to humanity in recorded history. But is this information correct, lies, a mixture of both, or merely social engineering?

What if a Baptist minister wrote the Pledge of Allegiance for the United States for the 1893 World’s Columbian Exposition in Chicago to honor Columbus’s 400th anniversary in 1492? One of the most vicious mass murders in recorded history.

What if James B. Upham, nephew of Daniel Sharp Ford, publisher of a children’s magazine called “The Youth’s Companion,” promoted the Pledge of Allegiance to sell flags to every classroom in every school in the United States to increase profits for flag sales?

The Pledge of Allegiance has been changed over the years. In 1954 President Eisenhower signed a proclamation adding the phrase “under God.” The Christian God? Perhaps the ancient Greek Gods, Apollo, Zeus, Hermes, maybe even Atlas. I would put my money; its purpose was to promote the Christian God.

What about our human body? How aware are we? We have power over our evolution, but do we direct our evolution to the beliefs we carry based on what the Elite, social acceptance have taught us? How indoctrinated have we become? When you repeat a pledge, any pledge every day, how ingrained does it become in our body? How aware are we of what we accept as truth versus non-truth? How far have we traveled from our soul roots? How many will become angry if the Pledge of Allegiance is not honored as patriotic?

How many genes are in our bodies that are turned off? What if some humans are born with tails because a gene was turned on? What if some humans are born with webbing between their fingers and toes because a gene is turned on?

OK, these are rare examples, but what about the buried memories of our ancestors from a million years ago, a hundred million years ago, what about 300 million years ago? What if there have been ancient cultures where humans had tails or ancient cultures where humans were mermaids?

What if, as I wrote earlier, on one’s journey through life, the soul will come upon a yearning a remembering so deep a flame cannot burn it out of existence, a longing no human intellect can destroy? What if you are such a person? Will that make you a candidate for AI programming?

How many carry a deep yearning of returning to a home of love, peace, and universal tranquility. Yet, they deny its existence because you were programmed to believe and be obedient to the powers that control the world?

Some scientists state we are not 100% human because the human body contains many nonhuman cells. What if some scientists are confused because they set their standard from humans of today? What if some scientists do not amalgamate human cells of forgotten cultures, histories, different human species, or other planetary systems simply because they have forgotten the ancient histories?

What about the genes of disease? The World Health Organization states, “Monogenic diseases result from modifications in a single gene occurring in all cells of the body. Though relatively rare, they affect millions of people worldwide. Scientists currently estimate that over 10,000 human diseases are known to be monogenic. A single error causes pure genetic diseases in a single gene in the human DNA. The nature of disease depends on the functions performed by the modified gene.”

How does this occur? What if the inheritance of Atlantis used gene splicing with different species resulting in harmful gene mutations occurring today? Many forget Atlantis existed for a very long time, many thousands of years. This explains why some teach of the spiritually evolved Atlantis, and the mentally evolved Atlanteans, which lacked wisdom. You cannot say the United States of the past is the same country today. They are both very different countries, but with the same name and land location.

Jonah has stated many times the United States is the rebirth, the raising of Atlantis. We are moving into the future of Artificial Intelligence (AI) now. Atlantis used AI, and it destroyed not only their culture, but it also destroyed their home. We are at the threshold of using this same technology. AI will be presented as a savior for humanity, just as it was in Atlantis.

You will be reading headlines from Elite controlled media making such statements as superhuman; chips inserted in the brain will give us mind-blowing abilities. People will be able to buy new memories and delete unwanted ones by biohacking the body’s most powerful tool, the human brain. CNN and Fox News will offer daily propaganda encouraging AI support to control and end your disease, allowing AI to take charge of your body, thoughts, and emotions. Finally, AI will create world peace; the savior has arrived. The headlines will go on and on with a systematic effort to manipulate people’s beliefs and attitudes.

What about the AI today operating under the surface affecting our thoughts, emotions, and desires? What if many are beginning to remember their life, thoughts, emotions, and deep love they held from ancient cultures beyond recorded history in this New Age? Could this be a threat to the Elite? I would say so.

Will Power, Stress, and Tics

Will Power, Stress, and Tics

By

Hossca Harrison

2019

I received a question about TS (Tourette’s syndrome), which often co-exists with OCD (Obsessive-Compulsive Disorder, ADD (Attention Deficit Disorder) and ADHD (Attention Deficit Hyperactivity Disorder). I wrote about this some years ago and thought I would write about it again, from what the Chinese Master and Jonah have taught me. The associated issues are worthy of writing about, but I will only focus on Tourette’s syndrome in this article.

Tourette syndrome is a complex brain disorder characterized by repetitive, sudden, and involuntary movements or noises called tics.

Some estimate that 300 million people worldwide have Tourette’s syndrome, but I feel many more have never been diagnosed. Although Gilles de la Tourette labeled Tourette’s syndrome in 1885, another French doctor Jean Marc Gaspard Itard, reported his first case of this syndrome in 1825. However, this syndrome dates back many centuries before 1825. These doctors moved it from a Christian superstition of devil possession to a neurological disorder with onset beginning in childhood and often into adulthood.

A person can have Tourette’s syndrome and not other disorders or have all of the above conditions. There have been many misconceptions about TS. TS is not a mental illness; it is a neurodevelopmental syndrome. Due to many people being educated by Hollywood, TS’s misconception is uncontrollable swearing, which is not a common symptom as often-portrayed in movies. The condition of uncontrollable swearing is called Coprolalia. A person can experience Coprolalia and not have TS. TS does not affect one’s intelligence. Many people diagnosed with TS are of higher intelligence, but because of social judgment, especially in school, a child with TS has difficulty expressing their intelligence. It is often believed that TS only affects one with lower intelligence because the child does not fit into the group consciousness.

Some medical professionals want to use drugs to control TS, such as Haloperidol, Pimozide, and Aripiprazole, approved by the FDA. Some even use Botox injections in the face to calm the tics.

Scientists using brain-imaging techniques believe the brain’s basal ganglia and prefrontal cortex are affected, causing TS.

The above is a summary of TS. The AMA believes TS is incurable and is inherited from the parents.

I believe many children and adults who have TS did inherit this condition from their parents, but not always. So what is TS? The Chinese Master taught me TS is an automatic reflex to stress involving stress genes. A child can inherit from their parents’ excess stress genes. Perhaps the parents did not have TS but could pass their stress genes on to their children. One can look at the possibility TS was not passed from the parents but was developed due to high levels of stress in the family unit. I also believe that OCD is often a learned trait from living in a stressful environment or even absorbing the mother’s stress trait while in the womb. Many children can carry this stress gene and never show TS symptoms, but when put into a very stressful environment, TS becomes expressed.

The Chinese Master and Jonah have both taught about the stress gene, and I wrote a small article about it regarding TS back in the mid-’90s. Researchers at Duke Medical Center reported on December 18, 2013, they had found a gene for stress and have linked it to increased risk for heart attacks. They also report that people who have this stress gene have a 38% increase in heart attacks. They believe the gene called 5HTR2C is involved in high levels of stress, which doubles the stress hormone cortisol level. Duke Medical Center has reported one gene, but there are multiple stress genes, each causing stress in different areas of our life.

Some of the treatments being used to treat TS are using will power to control the tics. Again, in my opinion, this does not work. TS’s underlying issue is stress; using will power to control the tics often causes more stress. TS is the body’s way of releasing stress. As I said earlier, a child with excess stress genes will often use different expressions to release the stress. TS is one of these expressions.

Not everyone experiences stress in the same way, which has to do with the number of stress genes. Many have ongoing issues with their lives, including relationships, addictions, depression, anxiety, and some very dark expressions such as rape and murder.

So what is one to do with the different expressions of stress, which often includes TS? Undoubtedly the best results can be obtained when one is worked with as a child. Even though an adult can learn to express their stress genes in a very positive way, it is merely easier when beginning stress relief training as a child.

The expression of stress genes comes and goes like waves; they never truly go away; they move as waves from shallow levels of stress to extremely high-stress levels. The following six steps will assist in calming excess stress genes.

1. Exercise. Never sit for more than half an hour. Get up and move, stretch your body, especially stretching your body with your hands and feet on the ground, laid out like an X. Both arms with your hands stretched as far as you can reach, your legs stretched out and as wide as possible. While in this position, do deep breathing. Hold in your mind the stress that is most affecting you at the time and visualize the stress being expelled as you exhale. Do this for five to ten minutes several times per day. If you are an older adult who may have problems in this position, lay flat on the floor, putting your body in the same X position, and do the same breathing and visualizing.

2. Use a tree. Find a tree you are attracted to, preferably out in nature, but if that is not possible, look for a park in your city or perhaps your yard. Sit with your spine against the tree with the back of your head touching the tree. Place your right-hand fingers on your left wrist and quiet your mind to allow yourself to feel your pulse. As you begin to feel your pulse, enable your self to feel it stronger and stronger. Visualize your pulse to blend with the pulse of the tree. Yes, trees have a pulse. Continue visualizing until you perceive yourself and the tree becoming as one.

3. Learn to play. Most children who have TS or excess stress genes are not allowed to play but are given more work at school as a form of punishment. Even adults seek to punish themselves when their excess stress genes are expressed painfully. Learning to play is playing while active. Playing does not include watching TV or going to games. It is about playing, being physically active, but most importantly, allowing yourself to enjoy playing, not just going through the movements, but living the actions. Use play as a reward for being alive.

4. Diet. Most people who have excess stress genes are addicted to sugar and lack magnesium. Stop eating sugar, and parents, stop feeding your children sugar and add magnesium to your diet. Be careful not to take too much as it can cause diarrhea. Simple to say, cut out sugar, but this will require more commitment than the first three activities. It can be done, do your research on ways to break the sugar addiction.

5. Purge physical and non-physical people from your life who are toxic. Especially those who discourage you from learning and seeking healing in your life. There is always an opposite polarity in life. When you attempt to create change, heal, and let go of the old, this opposite polarity will raise its ugly head to convince you to stop your learning and healing. Purge these people from your life. Make your life about you, not toxic “friends.”

6. Tai Yi. Several Tai Yi treatments are available from Joseph Armeanio, my primary student, seek him out. www.taiyipoh@aol.com He is currently teaching the new Basic Tai Yi class.

I have included the following 15 facts about Tourette syndrome, many of which were published by the Iowa Tourette Syndrome Association Group to be shared with the public. The following has been edited due to many spelling errors, but the intent is accurate.

1. One in 100 children has some form of Tourette syndrome. That is the same amount as children with autism.

2. Less than 10 percent of people with TS swear, which is known as Coprolalia.

3. TS is an inherited neurological disorder named after Gilles De La Tourette.

4. TS causes people to have tics. Tics are sudden twitches, movements, or sounds they repeatedly do. People with TS cannot stop these tics.

5. No two people with TS will have the same tics. Each person with TS is as different as every snowflake.

6. There are two types of tics, motor and vocal. Motor tics are movements of the body, such as blinking, shrugging of shoulders, limb movements, etc. Vocal tics are sounds people make, such as barking, sniffing, throat clearing, random words, etc.

7. Tics can be simple or complex. Simple tics involve just a few body parts, such as eye blinking or sniffing. Complex tics involve several parts of the body and can have a set pattern, such as bobbing head while jerking arms, then finishing with a jump.

8. Tics wax and wane and can increase and decrease and change throughout a person’s lifetime. Tics a young child might have may be a different severity when they are a teenager.

9. Tics usually start around the age of 5 to 10 years old. The first tics are usually motor tics.

10. Tics are usually worse during times of stress or excitement. They tend to improve when a person is calm and focused on an activity.

11. TS affects males 3 to 4 times more than females.

12. There is currently no drug out there explicitly made for TS.

13. A misconception is that people can learn to stop their tics. At times, they can hold them in (suppression), but eventually, have to release them. Holding them in often results in tension and physical exhaustion.

14. Individuals with TS experience a strong urge similar to that of a sneeze or an itch. They describe it as a build-up of tension, pressure, or energy. The actual tic is a means of releasing or relieving this tension.

15. TS does not affect the intelligence of a person. Most children with TS have above average to high intelligence levels.

Emotional and Mental Pain and Suffering

Emotional and Mental Pain and Suffering

by

Hossca Harrison

2019

The Christian Bible is filled with messages on suffering; suffering is good, for it brings you closer to God. It is not just the Christians that teach suffering. It is also the teachings of all the world’s major religions, including Hinduism, Judaism, Buddhism, Islam, and many minor religions of today, including the New Age.

This is about self-inflicted pain and suffering, self-inflicted from old inherited beliefs and programs. This is not about the grief experienced by the loss of loved ones. That is a very different energy.

We can look back throughout the history of the Old Age religions and how they encouraged pain and suffering to establish fear of not being saved.

Questions to ponder.  Why did Buddha, meaning “the awakened one” named Siddhartha Gautama, never write his teachings down?  Why did Jesus, Jeshua Joseph bar Joseph never write his teachings down?  Why did the Prophet Muhammad never write his teachings down? Why did Abraham, known as the father of Judaism, never write his teachings down? Historians teach the ancient philosopher Socrates never wrote anything down.  Why would these men who came to deliver an important message to their culture not write anything, but instead left it to others’ interpretation? Or did they?  I know Jonah has been asked the question in Greece about Socrates never writing his teachings. Jonah’s answer, “He did write his teachings, but many of his writings were destroyed after he was executed.”  Jonah went on to say some of Socrates’ writings were hidden away and did survive.  So it brings up the question for me, how many of these people of whom some have religions named after them are the teachers of those religions?

Those who have studied Jonah’s teachings over the years know about the Elite who control humanity from behind the scenes.  What if the major religions from these ancient people had their writings destroyed and replaced by an Elite group of people to keep the human consciousness enslaved in pain and suffering?  This is not to say all religious teachings are based on pain and suffering. Some teachings indeed are about love, compassion, and service. Understanding how the Elite work is to know how they mix truth with lies. They present truth and then follow it up with lies creating beliefs, which hold many in emotional and mental slavery.

What if the New Age is about resolving, transcending these deep-seated beliefs that pain and suffering are requirements for life? Yet some New Age teachers use the same teachings of the Old Age, but use different words. The outcome is the same.

When you have thousands of years of pain and suffering encoded in your genetic brain, how does the mind revolve around these teachings? Is a teaching truth because it is 12,000 plus years old? Does a lie become a truth with age? Do ones still accept Old Age belief by changing the words? These are indeed, questions to be examined with critical thinking.

What about the religious belief money is the root of all evil? You can tell yourself, “I do not accept this belief, nor do I live my life to the religious standards of others.” But do you? Do you have ongoing money issues? Is this a form of creating emotional and mental pain from unconscious beliefs, choices about money?

What if you were able to research all of your physical relatives from the last 2000 years? Not just look them up, but see what all of them looked like, what their beliefs, thoughts, desires, and fears were.  How many were murdered, or were murderers? How many of them taught their children to deny life to please their gods? What if you took all of these beliefs, fears, and religious dogmas from your physical family of the last 2000 years and changed its name to subconscious beliefs? We are talking about thousands of people and billions upon billions of beliefs. If this is too much to explore, search for the last seven generations to examine these beliefs and choices.  But also challenge the wisdom of your ancestors; it also resides in your subconscious mind, which prevails?

Of the thousands of people who have come to me and or Jonah for guidance, the number one issue I see over and over is subconscious and sometimes not so subconscious beliefs in religious dogma intertwined with pain, suffering, and money. Religious beliefs are usually the most powerful beliefs in the conscious and subconscious mind. What I have seen over and over again is how one manipulates their beliefs by changing the words. In the past, one may have been taught and believed Jesus would save me, now some will use the word universe, as in the universe will save me, or the archangels will save me. Some have even believed Jonah will save them.

The universe does indeed provide. It provides the Earth for us to live our physical life. It gives the sun to provide us with energy and light. It gives us great beauty to enjoy, but most importantly, the universe provides us innate intelligence. Innate intelligence is like a manual, an instruction book on the workings of life. As an example, if you buy a barbecue, you can have it shipped to your house. It comes in a box with many pieces, including an instruction manual. It is common sense to read the manual on how to put it together. In using this analogy on how the universe will provide, would you sit in front of the barbecue meditating with the box open surrounded by 30 or 40 pieces and say, “OK, manual put it together?” Of course not, you would read the manual and put the pieces together yourself so you can end up with a fully functional barbecue. You have some impatient people who merely glance at the manual, put the barbecue together, and find there are still parts sitting there on the floor, and wonder why the barbecue is not working correctly. Back to the manual you go. This reminds me of an old saying back in my carpenter days, measure once cut three times, measure three times cut once.

We are in a transitional stage of New Age consciousness with intense influential energy of Old Age consciousness, luring us back into old inherited beliefs, especially regarding pain, suffering, and money.

Indeed, the Old Age beliefs about money, as I mentioned above, being the root of all evil, seem to be buried deep in our mind’s crevices and the programming from genetics in our brain. But even Bible believers can research to find the Bible does not say money is the root of all evil. What it does say is, the love of money is a root of evil. Teachings from the Old Age also teach specific types of love that are evil. You do not have to go far to see this belief in action. Just look at gay marriage. It is not that gay marriage and money are the same, but the Old Age teachings teach certain types of love are evil.  We could live in a beautiful age if humanity were to let go of all Old Age religious dogma. It reminds me of the song by John Lennon, Imagine.

It is very easy to fall back into the Old Age’s belief structures, thus allowing its energy to create a perverse reality of pain and suffering. If you are going to study something to assist in your healing, be cautious of hooks. A hook is something that pulls you back to the old, such as the belief that pain and suffering are requirements for growth. Hooks can come in many different words, deeds, or teachings. Such hooks are; follow me, I will protect you, ascension (New Age rapture), savior, escape, or end of the world.  Some may experience many familiar belief hooks such as this life is dreadful; I want to hurry up and die to live in the 4th dimension.  I am a star child, where the hell are my spaceships? I cannot heal myself, so I must be a failure, or I will not seek medical treatment because that means I failed. These are all Old Age beliefs, many of which are wrapped up in New Age teachings.

What about physical pain? Indeed our physical body is designed to feel physical pain. Is there a difference between physical, emotional, or mental pain and suffering? What if the purpose of physical pain is a warning signal? For example, you start to lift a heavy object, and you feel a slight pain in your back. You have a choice to make, put it down, or continue to lift the object. Continue to lift the object, and all of a sudden, you hear a popping sound, the sound of a rupturing disk in your spine. Now the pain is not a slight pain, but an OMG pain as you lay on the floor hyperventilating as you scream in great pain.  That was a choice not to listen to the slight pain, an impulsive choice that you will pay for, for some time to come. That same analogy can be used if you feel a slight pain in your stomach, intestines, liver, heart, lungs, or any other part of your body. A slight pain is a warning, stop what you are doing; search what you need to be doing versus what you are doing. A slight pain is a warning to change your choices. Does this mean OMG pain is inevitable? Does physical pain equate to emotional and mental suffering? Can one’s emotional and mental suffering increase the perception of physical pain? These are all questions I would ask you to search but search with critical thinking, not with New or Old Age dogma.

I am reminded of an older woman who came to Jonah many years ago. Her first question to Jonah,

“Why does God want me to suffer; my entire life has been filled with suffering and pain?”

Jonah reminded her of her choices many years ago to be in a relationship with an abusive man. Her friends and parents warned her not to marry this person. He only expresses anger and bitterness. But he was good looking and had money, of which she did not have. So she chose to marry him. Soon after, she discovered what many had warned. This woman suffered greatly but blamed it on God. She was married to him for over 40 years until he died. She did not leave the relationship because she believed God ordained marriage for life, so she suffered for more than four decades believing in her Old Age religious beliefs that God had wanted her to suffer. She could not accept that it was her choice to marry this person, and it was her choice to remain with this person. She did not want to take responsibility for her choices because her deeply held beliefs from the Old Age religion that God wanted her to suffer, and her suffering would bring her closer to God.  Yet, her suffering only brought about bitterness and anger.

Religious indoctrinations are the most challenging beliefs to let go. It fosters the idea if we are good we will be loved, if we are bad we will be condemned. How often do we try to be good to others’ standards, society, whatever that means, for it changes every generation, to be loved? Usually, it takes tough choices to let go of old beliefs so we can love and be loved.

We are making continuous choices throughout our lives, some wise, some foolish. This is called learning, but learning means if you make a choice that ends in pain, make a different choice next time, not the same old choice. When you make the same old choice that resulted in pain, you are making a foolish choice with your eyes wide open, but with a closed mind.

As humans, we all have a choice on how we choose and experience our creation. We can create a refined creation or an unrefined creation. We all can make wise choices. The key is keeping an open mind with an open heart and use critical thinking. Remember, when you are surviving the old, you can’t dream of the new. Just Imagine.
